The below bid sheets and award notices for the Portland Bid Cluster are provided for informational purposes only. While Branch 82 intends to keep this page up-to-date, there may occasionally be delays between a notice being released and it appearing on this page.

The Portland LMOU (and Branch 82) encourages all bidding to be done electronically, if possible. However, certain circumstances may requires carriers to submit bids manually to their supervisor. Newly converted regulars may not yet have access to eJobBidding in LiteBlue, so would need to submit manual bids. Additionally, under the Portland LMOU, bidding closes at 9am Pacific on the closing date. However, the electronic bidding system locks at 9pm Pacific time the night before, so anyone wishing to place a bid after that point would need to submit their bid manually.

If you need to submit an manual bid, you should keep a copy of the bid and make a note of the date and time of the bid, along with the name of the person you submitted the bid to.

It is management's responsibility to promptly post Bid Sheets and Award Notices in a conspicuous location in your office for all carriers to see. If this if not being done, contact your shop steward or the Branch 82 office.
